At around 8PM Sunday Night, at least three gunman entered a mosque In Quebec City, Canada and opened fire on the people inside. Witness have been reported saying that they heard gunshots rang out from inside the Mosque before police arrived and surrounded the the center, arresting two men reports say. The Quebec Police went on social media to confirm that 5 people had been killed in the #Shooting and that there was a possibility the third gunman fled the scene. The Gunman are believed to have been wearing black ski masks and entered the building and opened fire.

One witness has claimed that the men targeted people that were praying.

An upset President of the Mosque, Mohamed Yangui, spoke to reporters sunday night. "Why is this happening here? This is barbaric,” he said. He also stated that he was not inside the Mosque as the shooting happened but received very concerning calls after the shooting took place.

This isnt the first time the Mosque had been attacked. Last year a pigs head was left on the door step. The mosque was also a target in an attempted Arson attack. Many people have made statements on the attack:

Philippe Couillard, the premier of Quebec, said he categorically rejected "this barbaric violence" and expressed solidarity with Muslims in Quebec.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau tweeted in both English and French, saying: "Tonight, Canadians grieve for those killed in a cowardly attack on a mosque in Quebec City.

With the Protests going on around the world, its hard to tell what group or who might be responsible for this attack, according to a few twitter post, many people are claiming it was a group of White Supremacist from Canada. However others are claiming the men were stating that the gunmen yelled ""Allahu Akhbar!" before opening fire on the individuals inside the mosque.
